This meal guide is super easy and effective . I’m a new mommy (4 months postpartum)I’ve been doing the mama meal guide for 27 days now along with the detox 2,0 about 2-3 days per week since I’m currently breast feeding . I have seen great results using this combination of the two plans. Once I am no longer breast feeding I intend on trying the detox 2.0 for the suggested 7 days . I have lost a total of 10 pounds over the last 3 1/2 weeks . Remember my results are a little slower than what most people using the detox 2.0 have experienced but that’s because I only incorporate it 2-3 time a week . I love the results I’m having . I feel so much lighter . My digestive system Doesn’t feel stressed . It’s easy to stick to even with a new baby. I make a big batch soup or spicy Detox once a week after my baby goes to bed . Then I stick to the mama meal guide for daily regime . I love it ! I think everyone should try this and stick to it if they can. Mama meal guide is my new normal .
